During our initial phone consultation we will ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully to your answers. We may ask you to send us rough sketches of your remodeling ideas, along with a land survey or site plan.

If this agreeable, we will schedule a meeting at the proposed site. We will ask a lot of questions to develop a complete understanding of your goals and priorities. A realistic investment range will be set, based on our 40+ years of experience in the industry.

By the end of this initial meeting, we should be able to determine if we are a good fit to work together. If so, we would like to take the next step and sign a design/build agreement with you based on your investment range. If you choose to use our services beyond the design stage, 50% of those design fees will be credited back to you upon final payment of the project.

We are based in the Atlanta area but have projects throughout the Southeast.
